All of the items sold on MoHo Depot are "made to order," which means that all products are unique and produced only when an order is placed. For that reason, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
